How do I order additional suite keys and/or access cards?

How do I request service in my suite?

How do I request after-hours air conditioning?

What do I do in the event of an emergency? 

Call 911 and call 248-362-2000 and pick the appropriate option for the situation.

What is the procedure to gain access to the telephone/electrical rooms?

These keys are kept at the management office on the first floor.  They may be signed out for temporary access.

Can the freight elevator be reserved?  What is the procedure?

Check the moving policy below or in the Move In/Move Out Policy in the Tenant Info Tab

What is the availability of Conference Facilities within the building?

National City Center does not have conference facilities available.

Is there a catering service within the building? 

Yes, Friend's Cafe, please call 248-244-0610

What is the procedure for moving in or out of the building?

Notify management office within 48 hours of move. All major moving can only occur between 6:00pm and 6:00am, and on weekends.

Please be reminded that parking in ANY reserved space is prohibited.

 PNC Center's eatery-----------FRIEND'S   CAFE.   Ready to serve you!!!   Stop in and check out what they have to offer.

PNC branch is located in the NW corner of our lot for your convenience.  They are ready to serve you.

       NO    SMOKING

 Please make note that smoking is NOT PERMITTED anywhere inside PNC Center.  Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE only at designated areas.   National City Center is a NON-SMOKING building.  Thank You.

          DELIVERIES

Please be reminded that NO DELIVERIES are allowed thru the front main entrance to National City Center.
